Revocation caution

You can cancel your contractual declaration for the order within two weeks without stating a reason, in textual form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the object concerned. The 2-week period begins at the earliest with receipt of these instructions. To comply with the cancellation deadline, it suffices to send off the cancellation or the object concerned before the deadline. The cancellation must be addressed to:

Consequences of cancellation

In the event of an effective cancellation, the considerations received on both must be surrendered. If you cannot return to us the considerations received in whole or in part, or only in a worsened condition, you must provide us with corresponding compensation, This shall not apply if the worsening of the object concerned is attributable solely to its testing – as would have been possible for you in a shop. Otherwise, you can avoid the obligation to make compensation by not putting the goods concerned into use like an owner, and refraining from any action that might impair their value.
Things amenable to parcel post must be sent back. In the event of goods being returned from a consignment whose total order value is up to 40 euros, you must bear the costs of returning them. Otherwise, the returning  procedure shall be free of charge for you.
